Frequently Asked Questions

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

Registrations are final, and participants cannot cancel or request refunds online. Refunds, if applicable under exceptional circumstances or applicable law, are handled only by the Connected Steps administration team after review and approval. No refunds are given for a move to a lower-priced category.

Event Cancellation

If the organizer cancels, postpones, or materially changes the event, Connected Steps will communicate the applicable arrangements, subject to applicable law.

Category Transfer

Category changes can be made online until 15 January 2027, subject to availability. Upgrades require the price difference to be paid before the change is confirmed. Downgrades need no approval, but the price difference is not refunded. Category changes are not permitted after 15 January 2027.
